AGF Private Equity is one of the most active venture capital investors in France and Europe.
The venture capital team has invested in more than 50 companies to date, and has a regular and durable investment capacity: 15 to 30 million euros are invested every year in young companies with high potential according to an extremely selective methodology.
The venture capital team manages over 275 million euros.
AGF Private Equity invests between 1.5 and 6 million euros in each round, taking minority holdings in companies with a high degree of involvement in technology in order to promote their development and their international expansion.
AGF Private Equity has the capacity to invest up to 10 million euros per company over several rounds of financing. Investments are made with a view to the medium or long term. We are convinced that the creation of value, for both entrepreneurs and other investors, is a long-term process.
An active partner
The members of the team participate actively in developing the companies financed by AGF Private Equity funds. AGF Private Equity is the leader or co-leader in its investment operations and generally seats on the board of directors or the supervisory board of the companies it funds. While respecting the independence of entrepreneurs and directors, we provide our experience in various fields: strategic directions, managing growth, recruiting directors, technological and commercial partnerships, financial operations.
