Sylviane Guyonnet
Compliance Officer

Sylviane Guyonnet joined AGF Private Equity in 2000 to head the Finance Department. She is now in charge of the Compliance of the funds and management company. Sylviane is officially registered by the AMF (French regulator) as a Certified Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the private equity team, Sylviane worked within Allianz Global Investors France where she was in charge of both middle and back-offices for 7 years, including all the unlisted participations of the AGF Group.

Sylviane holds a master degree from Paris Dauphine in management and finance and is post-graduated as an English, German and Russian interpreter.
