Marton Hunek Principal
 Marton Hunek joined AGF Private Equity as an intern in 1999, and became a full-time employee in 2000. He is responsible for proactively managing deal-flow in Northern Europe, leading or co-leading primary fund investments as well as participating in direct co-investments and secondary transactions.
Since joining the company, Marton Hunek has participated directly in the closing of several fund investments and direct co-investments. Prior to working for AGF Private Equity, Marton Hunek worked as a consultant at Roland Berger and Partners, co-founded GKIeNET Internet Research and Consulting Ltd., and from 1993 to 1999, while completing his studies, he worked as a project manager at GKI Economic Research Co., a leading think tank in Budapest, Hungary.
Marton Hunek holds an MSc in Finance from the Corvinus University of Economics in Budapest and a CEMS MIM degree from HEC Paris (2000). He obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 2004 and is a candidate for Level 3 of the CFA programme. |
