Luc Maruenda joined AGF Private Equity in November 1999, and focuses on venture capital investments in the software and IT services industries.

Luc Maruenda sits on the boards of United Devices (grid computing), Iprogress (e-learning solutions), LEA (ADSL splitters), Sefas Innovation (billing solutions), Cosmosbay (IT services) and SpineVision (spinal implants).

Before joining AGF Private Equity, he took part in the launch of an investment capital programme in the United Arab Emirates, where he was jointly responsible for venture capital investments for National Investor in Abu Dhabi. Before this, he was the finance director at the start-up Webcorp in San Francisco, having worked as a manager at Cabinet Constantin in Paris and then New York for three years.

Luc Maruenda trained as a chartered accountant and holds a masters degree in Business Law.
