Sylvain Mackaya joined AGF Private Equity in 2005. Prior to AGF Private Equity, he was co-founder and CFO of an IT company, in charge of the fund raising and the corporate (business plan & business models) and financial strategies.

He started his career within the "Banking & Corporate Services" department of Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in Luxembourg, Brussels and Chicago.

Sylvain Mackaya holds a degree in Corporate Finance from Edinburgh University and from Strasbourg Business School.
