With more than €900 million under management, for more than ten years Idinvest Partners has served as a major provider of financing to companies in Europe. Idinvest Partners invests between €2 million and €10 million per round and up to €15 million over the entire financing cycle to promote the development and international expansion of innovative companies with a high technology component.
Idinvest Partners' growth capital team draws from the combined resources of seven professionals with complementary skills and expertise in different sectors. Every year €40 to €60 million are invested in companies offering significant potential on the basis of an extremely selective method. Today, this team has assisted more than 100 companies in their development and completed more than 35 exits. This capacity to provide regular financing over the longer term has ensured that Idinvest Partners is able to both pursue investments in new companies while continuing to provide long-term support to companies in the portfolio.
The primary criteria for our investment decisions are the quality of the entrepreneurs and their teams, the potential of their target markets, the capacity of companies to pursue international expansion while maintaining their competitive advantages and a convergence of interests of all participants in the project.
The team focuses on sectors or innovations offering development possibilities for companies with high growth rates or prospects for achieving strategic positions in their markets. We have a solid track record in realising this growth potential and have developed particular expertise in the following sectors:
Idinvest Partners provides growth capital to companies at different stages of development. In light of our investment horizons (5 years on average), most of our investments are in companies having attained a minimum stage of development. However, we also invest in early stage companies when credible prospects exist for a disposal within our investment horizons in light of the quality of their teams and growth potential.
