Mezzanine

Idinvest Partners is a provider of portfolio management services and has an Idinvest Private Debt mezzanine fund, sponsored by Allianz, with a €300 million target size (intermediary close at €250 million).

Approach:

• Direct investments in midsize companies (enterprise values between 10 million and €500 million) in Europe for amounts of between €5 million and €15 million per deal, either independently or with other investors;
• Secondary transactions: acquiring shares of mezzanine funds, senior debt or mezzanine debt;
• Portfolio refinancing;
• Acquisition of LBO debt issued by European companies.

Since 2007, Idinvest Partners has invested more than €100 million in 20 European companies.
